To transfer a domain name to another registrar, you need to make sure the domain name have at least 5 days left on the registration to make the transfer.

You just need to go to the winning registrar to submit the transfer request. In the mean time, you need to unlock the domain at your DNS Exit account and obtain the domain's authorization at your account. Domain unlocking and authorization code can be obtained at the domain's control panel.  To access the domain's control panel, please login to your DNS Exit account and click on the domain name under "Domain List". You should find the link to unlock the domain and obtain the domain's authorization code there.
