How do I setup my email client to check my emails?

Assume that your email address is myemail@mydomain.com. The settings for all the email clients, including Outlook, Thunder Bird, IPad, IPhone, Android, are similar. Usually , you need to tell the email client the incoming and outgoing SMTP(mail) server and the username/password for the server.

The following are the configurations that you will need for your email client:

Incoming POP/IMAP Server (for email receiving)

Hostname:  pop.dnsexit.com

Username:  youremail@yourdomain.com (remember to use your whole lower email address as username)

Password:  xxxxx (the password you choose for the mail box)

IMAP Port: 143

POP Port: 110

Outgoing Mail Server ( for email sending )

Hostname:  out.dnsexit.com

Username:  youremail@yourdomain.com  (remember to use your whole lower email address as username)

Password:  xxxxx (the password you choose for the mail box)

Outbound SMTP Port: 25,  26,  80,  587,  940,  2525,  8001

Webmail to Access your Emails

Web address:  https://webmail.dnsexit.com

Username: youremail@yourdomain.com  (remember to use your whole lower email address as username)

Password: xxxxx (the password you choose for the mail box)

Useless - if you put this info into an iPhone running ghd latest OS you CANNOT by pass an authentication method. If you use Password it will fail even if U/N and PW are both correct. AND THIS IS WITH ALSO SSL ON!!! How about providing a method that works in CLIENT MODE on an iPhone. These settings all work on the Apple Mail Client on any Macintosh. OR DON'T YOU WANT ANY OF THE IPHONE MARKET???

Comment of Kim:
ADDITIONAL: Th iPhone Mail Client forces an authentication method and returns the following error: "The Mail Server "pop.dnsexit.com is not responding. Verifythat you have entered the correct account info into mail settings settings." I say if it works in the Apple Mac Mail app with IDENTICAL settings then it shoul work on the phone. I f you wanna disagree email me. Elsewise I may rethink holding this account with you.And the domain...
